One small burn, one disfigured kitchen implement and one small grease fire*. On dozen delicious doughnuts.
Next time...maple glaze.
*A Note to T in the frozen north. I had the pot lid, baking soda, and a fire extinguisher all within reach.

Yum! Donuts are hard to get for the allergic. What kid of oil did you use?
One small grease fire is a small price to pay for donuts ;0)
hehe, I used a combination of canola and corn oil. Not the best, thus the grease fire!
